Is there any way to get all cargo types?

I am software developer and I am developing an application for ETS2. I need to get all cargo types on the game. 

Profile save file is including just active jobs.

Is there any way to do this?

Unpack def.scs with the SCS Extractor which you can find in the SCS Forums

 

Then go to def/cargo/

 

 

This will "list" all the cargo available in the game.

 

If you want to add dlc cargo, you should unpack the <dlc_name>.scs and then go to /def/cargo/ (def of the dlc file if not unpacked into the same folder)
