Hey there,

 

Try to verify your game cache;

Go to your Steam library and right click ETS2 > Click 'Properties' (The option all the way down) > Go to the third tab and select 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'

 

If this didn't help you I recommend to reinstall the game.
