After dropping down the "Reason" list you'll see the said reason between "Wrong way" and "Reckless driving". Lastly, spawning on the road is not bannable. Spawning on the road is mostly accidental as it happens when the last autosave, which was made on the busy road was reloaded after unexpected game crash, power outage, etc. 1 If you want to ask anywhere on forums whenever 32-bit version of MP will be supported in future, try to start GTA V on your 32-bit machine before checking game's system requirements. All players have the choice to log in multiplayer mode or singleplayer mode. If a player is in doubt of his last saved position and/ or if there might be a risk of endangering other players when logging in, the player MUST choose singleplayer mode and, if necessary, put his vehicle in a position that is safe for him and others, before returning to multiplayer mode. Therefore, a player that logs into multiplayer mode whether out of ignorance or against better judgment of the above mentioned risks, willfully disregards other players safety, which must be regarded as an act of reckless driving which is a violation of in-game rules.
