You cannot use any form of VR in Multiplayer as in default ETS2 it is classed as a Beta and Betas are not supported by TruckersMP. Since TMP does not support the beta versions of ETS2, you will not be able to use your VR headset until VR works with the current version of TMP so you will have to wait. Problem solved.
