Lag problems

Hi guys when i launch the ggame i have almost 30fps its normal to play and when i switch on the lights it starts to lag,does any1 know how to fix this problem?

You must reduce the graphics qualities of your game .

Please try reducing the scaling % which you can find in options -> graphics -> and advanced settings ingame.  Also if this does not help, please try lowering your game resolution which should increase your fps but stretch your game.  Please also play in full-screen mode
