Problem with Steam Account

Hello, I share my situation with the forum because I have a small problem with my TruckersMP account, indeed, when I try to connect to my account with another Steam account than the one affiliated to my base account, the one It says: email / password invalid. Would someone be kind enough to help me, or give me solutions?

 

PS: My account is activated and I can access the Multiplayer from mine.

Hi Sayajin,

As far as im aware you can not log in to TMP account on multiplayer if your on another steam account it has to be the on you connected to TMP it will not work otherwise I may be wrong but i recall hearing this hope this helps.

You are most likely logging into a TruckersMP account with a Steam account that is not the one that is attached to that TruckersMP account. You need to use the Steam account that is attached to that TruckersMP account.

 

Method 2:

 

1) Did you request a new password?
>> New password <<

-Enter the email and verify your email messages, to make sure the mail you are trying to get into truckersMP is the correct mail.

2) To make sure you write the email correctly, copy the e-mail in your note pad and paste it in the beginning of the session.

3) You can request a password or change your email address in:

>> Submit a ticket <<
