Reports come in quite quick and depending on a few criteria and the availability of certain admins, it can take longer or less longer to get reports solved. Reporting on our website gives you a 100% garantuee your report will be reviewed, so that is why many users prefer to report here, causing larger queues and longer wait times. We offer 2 ways of reporting players, and our admins will always take care of both ways. - To get back on the main topic, it's currently not really possible to save the recording on your computer as it's not a movie. Perhaps this will be a possibility in the far future, but we are also looking at other options.
