Twitch LifeSays
A friend told me, if someone gets reported ingame the admins can see the last 2 minutes of the reported person in type of a "video". I asked an admin and he told me that they wont see a video record in-game but they can see coordinates. So what is actually true. I would prefer a believable answer of an In-game admin. Aestrial
With the implementation of the new report system, when you report a player, a 2 minute recording, or 'demo' is taken from that users gameplay, meaning IGA's in-game can watch it back, and ban them accordingly. More information follows (quote from mwl4) - "New report system implements demo system. This means that every players movements are recorded for 2 minutes in back (even if player leaves, the movements are still saved). While creating a report the game server creates a demo using stored movements (also other data is processed) and saves them in the report for certain time. From this moment consider using report system in game rather than web reports." Hope this helped. Vargur
I've never received a positive auto-reply to any of my reports (dozens). I guess they just expire after 10 mins with nobody to watch them.
Guest
^ yes, remember that there are over 3000 people online and many reports. It is not possible for the admins to review them all within 10 minutes so they timeout. This is why it is essential to record your gameplay as well. BunniGal
I wish that when we report someone the video saves to our pc so we can add it to a web report because everyone I have reported never have any action taken on them I just get told in chat by the system no action was taken when they were clearly breaking rules.
