i wanna know except the YOUTUBE and  PLAYS, which video website the admins can visit?

 

also wanna know  following three website can visit or not aboard?

www.acfun.com

www.bilibili.com

I recommend you Youtube or Playstv ! 

But you can use more sites for upload video !!

The best options are Youtube and Plays.tv. Although, you may use another host website but make sure that the website has a video player and the admins don't need to download the evidence. Still i cannot guarantee they will still watch it because all 3 website that you gave us are unknown for European people so you better stick with the 2 above so you don't get your reports declined.

If you can't use playstv or youtube, try uploading to Dropbox or google drive and putting the link there. As long as the website you upload it to, shows the video clearly and is not stopped by something that may be in a different language to understand, it can be used as Evidence
