90km speed problem SP/MP problem.

This has been going on with me for like 2 weeks now i thought it would get fixed automatically i even unticked the 90km speed limit from the tab menu i also checked in the pause menu but idk what's the issue it just won't go over 90km only sometimes it would go over 90km when i have a trailer or else it won't any help would be appreciated

Check to make sure you are/are not using World of Trucks contracts. WoT contracts are limited to 90km/h.

Make sure you do not connect in EU1 or any server with speed limit and do not grip external work:

If you're not doing any job, yet you still have 90 km/h speed limit, check the gameplay options for the speed limiter option and uncheck it.

 

If you want to ask anywhere on forums whenever 32-bit version of MP will be supported in future, try to start GTA V on your 32-bit machine before checking game's system requirements.
