How to send admins video of reckless driver?

I've started recording my drives and I've unfortunately already caught somebody driving on the opposite side of the road with an inappropriate tag next to their name.

 

How do I send the cut video to the admins? I apologize if the answer if obvious, but I can't find it in the discussion list. 

Also, is there a way to find the ruling of the report? (to know if they've been temporarily banned or not?)

You Basically, Record all Evidence, you need there TruckersMP id, your prob wondering how you do that, do /pinfo <ingame id> example, /pinfo 1, it will show you there name there id and also there truckersmp id, if you have forgotten to do that theres another way, chat logs on ets folder or also search there name hope this helps any more help feel free to contact, also this is the report section.
