Freeze when loading

Hi, I'm having a problem with my game. I'm able to join the MP and to drive around. When I try to pick up a trailer, fast travel, sleep or anything where you get a load screen, it freezes.

Can't do anything, even have to restart my computer. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

The solution is to wait, the game try's to synchronize it with your profile. Just wait 10-15minutes, maybe it takes longer, in this case just wait too.

Die Lösung ist zu warten, das Spiel versucht sich zu synchronisieren mit deinem Profil. Einfach 10-15 Minuten warten, dann sollte es wieder gehen. Sollte es länger dauern, dann dauert es länger, einfach warten.

The Reason of the Game Freezing like this is because of:
You have a lot of Money / Garages / Drivers etc.
