Problem logging in.

Hello there, For a long while I have had an issue logging in on my new steam account. I have linked it newly & bought the game on this account... I know the issue is within this due to other posts.

 

How can i fix this?

are you saying your steam account won't connect with truckers.mp?

What type of login issue?

What MP game are you trying to access (ATS or ETS)?

What is exactly happening when you try and log in? 

 

We need more info than just "Help, I can't log in"

I can play TruckersMP on my old account. But when I go to login to load the game it denies my details...

 

EDIT: I have saw other posts with the same issue and wondering whether there is a fix to use my new steam account on this MP account rather than my old.

Hello,

 

On a new account you should have a different email and password. Make sure copy your email and password into a notepad. Once you've done that then individually paste them into the correct boxes.

 

If this doesnt work then submit a ticket to https://support.truckersmp.com/

 

As well make sure you're not using a steam account on the same email. Make sure your steam profile is not private
