In the navigation system for example. Any example images: See below. Why should it be added?: When people talk to you they often use your number rather than your name. Also, if players want to view their in-game ID number, they could just use the tab menu. Also, I neglect to see how opening the tab menu discourages safe driving. ID's are not difficult numbers to remember, so you can always press "TAB" before start driving and simply checking your ID, clear and visible.
