TruckersMP not launching

First make sure that the ETS2 process and launcher are closed.  Then try running the launcher as admin and see if this fixes it.  
 
If not;
 
Please use win+R to bring up run and go to %programdata% (or C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP)
 
Please go to the truckersmp folder and delete the core_atsmp.dll file
 
Now please open the launcher as admin and it will redownload the file
This should work 

btw. you must have Windows 7 64bit ?

Still didn't work i tried everything you said.

Yes i'm using Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit

We are aware of this problem, it seems that no fix works at the moment. The developers are working to fix this as soon as possible. Please be patient.

Also i press OK everytime and still appears

I also had this problem a few mins ago yet was working fine yesterday, but now after a few mins it gives me a 521 error guess the update servers are having problems?

I tried this method, do not go .. Another solution please?
