How to make like the guys [REC] Recording

Hi guys wanna ask how i can make like [rec] or other things like them ?

If you are talking about the tag, which appears in front of your name. In game, press tab, right click anywhere on the screen and move your mouse over to the bottom left of the window that pops up. There should be a yellow gear which takes you to settings, press on that, and there should be an option to edit your user tag. Enter whatever you wish (do note there are rules for entering inappropriate content or impersonating administration), enter the color you want, press apply, and okay. Hope this helps.
