Nope. Because it's an Scania DLC.

 

And I don't quite know what you mean by mods, but Third-Party mods are not supported.

Might griffin is a DLC for Scania trucks ONLY. If you want to find single player mods for modifications for different trucks you can try using the steam workshop or websites such as - https://ets2.lt/en/ I hope this helped

Now I'm playing multiplayer an I see a lot of trucks where is a Scania in Man and more trucks so

Most people will google it but most of the truck are hybrids so e.g man + scania + Volvo I can't find my link for it at the moment but do a simple google search or check under general on the forums
