Euro Truck Simulator 2 is in English, in option you do not have the option to change the language to portuguese brazil.

Changed suddenly to English and has no choice of change.

What you need to do is go to your options then goto gameplay settings. Once you're on gameplay settings then you need to scroll all the way down to where it says 'Regional Settings' You can change your language and your currency here and all other good stuff
