Hi there,

Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework

Clean your temp files with CCleaner

Check your temp files path and make sure it's located at C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache

If you don't have "INetCache" folder make a new folder and name it "temp" and then open the Windows temp settings and choose the new path.

Read this please;

The link to download ccleaner is here; https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard

And since there is nothing in the folder; please do the following.  make a new folder and name it "temp".  Please then follow what is shown in the screenshots below.  You need to open the windows temp settings as shown by this link; https://image.prntscr.com/image/BJL5zbRATJalUmIm5d6D9Q.png

You must then choose a new path by pressing "new folder" and choosing the location of where the temp folder you created is https://image.prntscr.com/image/jpTRv9kfSBGcRFl_-QBHGQ.png
