i cant update my trucker mp

the trucker mp download the update but still not updated its just updating same files , i have been update this but it still told me install available update i cant launch it ,

Please ensure you are running the launcher as administrator 

Right-click on the truckersmp icon

Select Run as Administrator

Retry and see if the issue is resolved

Try the following:

Uninstall the launcher then press the Windows+R keys (Win+R) and type "%programdata%" (no quotes) and hit Enter. A Windows Explorer window will open. In it, locate and delete a folder named "TruckersMP". Next, browse to C:\Program Files and search for a folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" and delete it if this folder exists. Download the latest version of the launcher from our site https://truckersmp.com/download and run the installer as administrator. Once you are done reinstalling the launcher, run it as administrator and see if the updates download normally.

Additionally, make sure you do not have any other downloads/uploads in progress in your computer, ensure your connection to the internet is not unstable of suffering from slowdowns and if there are any other devices in your network that could be slowing down your connection, disconnect them temporarily.

Just to confirm the problem, you are pressing install available updates, it installs and goes back to the same install available updates page right?

 

Please can you tell me which antivirus and firewall you are using.

 

Please can you go to Control Panel -> System and Security -> and under the Windows firewall, please click on allow an app through windows firewall.  Then please add the Launcher to that list.

 

Also please add the launcher to the list of exclusions on Windows defender by following this guide or if you are using another antivirus software, please add it to the list of exclusions on there
