I just wanted to know if there was any way we could find out what DLC you could use if any! I want to buy some DLC but don't want to buy them if you can;t use them online. As it's already said above, all DLCs are supported by TMP. However "cosmetics" DLCs will only be seen by those who have the same DLCs as you. For example, if you use a paintjob from the Raven Pack on your Scania. Those who don't own that DLC will see your paintjob as the basic one (orange).
