Like said above.

  1. Update your .Net Framework 
  2. Clean your temp files
  3. Make sure your temp files path is correct like below

Hello @Gamin'Charadell.

 

Firstly, I would like to welcome you to the forums! 

 

I believe that your issue could be caused by anti-virus software of which is blocking the launcher. 

 

Or, you should try to install the latest .NET Framework. If it is already installed, try repairing it.

It doesn't matter! Make a try please! All Windows temp files are saved there, it has nothing to do with Internet Explorer or any other browser.

Could you take a screenshot like my previous post which shows the temp files path? Also added a link to the original post with.
