  can i use mods from workshop for more xp, no damage and momey for fast lvl to a nice truck?

Are the DLC at multi?

Hey!

All workshop or local modifications aren't compatible with the multiplayer but you can use your single player profile in multiplayer and use these modifications there to get money.

All DLCs are synced and compatible with multiplayer. Trailer/Paintjob DLCs are only really visible for users who also own that DLC.

To start just start your Client
