Question for @fyzz08 (when he is back) and a community manager.

 

I have noticed that the Help section on the forums has become very slow for either things being moved to solved or for answers to be posted and the online list has very few supporters online at any given time.  I do understand that many of the supporters are admins/moderators but they would also be busy with reports etc. 

 

My question is are supporters meant to be active on both the forums and the support tickets in a 50:50 split or is there a shifting towards one or the other?

Hello,

I'm support member. I understand what do you think, but we have a lot of work and we try to give help to all players (Support/Forum/Discord).
