Ets 2 Mp Unable to Start.

Hello Guys, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem when i am trying to start up ETS2 mp, i get an error message every time i try to start it up. I have tried to reinstall the multiplayer but still get the same error message, Much appreciated if anyone could help me .    Here is the error message i am receiving

Firstly, I would like to welcome you to the forums, I hope you enjoy yourself here .

 

Back to the issue at hand, I believe that this could be caused by anti-virus software of which is falsely detecting the launcher as some form of virus. I suggest that you disable your anti-virus software when launching MP and let me know if it fixes the problem.

Try this to fix the issue you have to download Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.2 from Windows.

You can find the file at this address: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=53345

Steps:
1. Download and install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.2
2. Restart PC
3. Run TruckersMP launcher as Administrator

Go to %programdata% and delete the truckersmp folder.  Uninstall the launcher and delete all the files in the program files for the launcher.  restart.  Reinstall as admin and run launcher as admin.

 

Make sure your antivirus is not blocking the launcher.

you can try this :  right mouse click on the mp icon and start as administrator

Could you ensure you have allowed/made an exception to the TruckersMP launcher through your anti virus software. If you need further help on how to do this, just let me know what antivirus software you have on your system and I can help you.

As well as the above, always launch TruckersMP in administrator mode.

It showed up for me once I installed TruckersMP and tried launching it, I just clicked OK and tried opening it again and it worked just fine. Had it only on the first startup.
Make sure your game version is compatible with the latest TruckersMP version and that you chose the right ETS2/ATS folder when installing TruckersMP.

maybe this solution is helpful.

• Make a right click on "TruckersMP"
• Click on "Execute as administrator"

First, try complete uninstall of TruckersMP: use unins000.exe in main TruckersMP directory (delete whole directory if needed); go to Documents and delete ETS2MP folder; open up Run, type in %ProgramData% and find and delete TruckersMP folder. Now, install TruckersMP mod again.

Next, you should check if your system is 32 bits or 64 bits, to do this, go to System properties (or About your PC) and label "System type". If your system is 32 bits, the mod will not work.
