I can't check or unchecked truck speed limiter.

I am playing in Europe 2 and i keep seeing people going way faster than me. When i go to gameplay in setting. the icon next to truck speed limiter is solid black, I can't do anything with it.

How to fix it?

WoT contracts are limited to a certain speed, no way to fix it other than not taking a WoT contract.

Hello, if your speed limiter is not activated, make sure you do not have a mission trailer "Wolrd of Truck". Indeed, with these "World of Trucks" missions it is impossible to exceed 90 km / h.
To check :
1) Go into your menu of your ETS2 game
2) Look at the top left of your screen (If you currently have a mission)
3) Click on your mission
4) And click on "Abandon"

 

Also, if you can not do anything with your "Speed Limiter" icon, I think that you probably have a "World Of Trucks" mission.
