TruckersMP Launcher Won't Start

Dear User,

 

Yesterday night I was wanting to play some ETS2 Multiplayer yet when I went to open it, it won't open even on Administrator mode. Today I reinstalled it 5 times and it still won't open.

Again, thanks to all however I figured it out. And this is to NOT update to WINDOWS 10 CREATORS UPDATE. I restored one version earlier thanks to Microsoft Support and now I can play it. So for record, do not update to the CREATORS UPDATE.

Hi Dear Member 

 

Please falllow these method 

 

• Go to documents
• Delete the ETS2MP folder
• Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
• Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
• Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
•  Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
• Re-download the launcher and install
• Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

 

On top of all of this, ensure you have .NET Framework installed according to your operating system. You can find this here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344

Do you have MSIAfterburner and Rivatuner open? If not, then go to %programdata%, delete the truckersmp folder and uninstall launcher. Then restart and install as admin and try again

Are you getting an error message or is nothing happening at all? If you are getting an error message, the most likely cause is an out-of-date game. If nothing happens at all, another application (such as Firewall) could be preventing the launcher from opening.

Thank  you all however I cannot send a screenshot because after administrator, my mouse does a loading screen loop and then nothing happens at all.

 

And yes, I do use MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner Statistics however I could run the game before yesterday. I haven't changed anything so this should work. It is not loading into a game, its the updater that says Launch ATS and Launch ETS2
