Firstly for this error you can try running some a SFC scan, to do this you must follow the guide on this webpage https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

If the scan finds any issues and repairs them, restart your computer and try running the TMP launcher again.

 

If you still have this issue then you could try using the Microsoft .NET Repair tool which you can download here, https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30135

After using the tool restart your computer and try opening the TMP launcher again!

 

If the above fails you could always try re-installing these two programs (or installing if you don't have one or both of them).

If it is still not working even after a re-installation with admin privellages then you can right click the TruckersMP shortcut, click properties, compatibility and select 'run for Windows Server 2008 SP1' and then see if it works.
