Try to enter the game by selecting one of the save records from the old dates.Don't be sad.Please sleep your chauffeur and check the job list.

Try verifying the integrity of the game cache and then running the game as an admin

As a first solution try verifying integrity of a game cache (right click on ETS2 --> Properties)

 

If it won't help, delete all files and directories from C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP and redownload MP files via launcher.
