"Content file locked"

Hey, when I tried to downgrade my ETS2 to play multiplayer, I get this error shown here - 

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?

I've just fixed this myself, I did restart my PC but that did not work @raptorroger

 

I just had to manually delete ETS2 and TruckersMP by going to the file location and reinstalling both of them. Not 100% sure why this happened in the first place, but thanks for responding.
