1) I do not recommend that you play by exchanging with other people the ETS or ATS as it is something personal each account, and to share the ets with a friend, you should give access to your steam.
(security comes first.)

2) If your friend comes to cause accidents or break the rules, the person to be banned will be you for being the owner of the account.

i believe i under stand your question

• 2 Persons can not play in the same time on one account
• When he is playing on your account and he becomes a bann then is the ban on your account
• When you would like to play with your friend then must he make an account and buy ets2

Your friend would create an account here https://truckersmp.com/auth/register (as you did) and do the same procedure that you did.

 

The ETS copy must be on steam for it to work and be legally brought however.
