Sign Question

I'm from the USA I've started playing ETS2 there's a sign I see and I'm not familiar with it and not sure what it means or what I need to do. It has a red circle and two cars ones red and one is black.

This means that you're not allowed to overtake on that road

Hello Mate,

 

It sounds to me your describing the Do NOT overtake sign, or in other words it would be the same sign you might see in US as the Do Not Pass sign. You just can't pass the other driver in that stretch of road.
