0 Dave Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 The teams you're talking about are more or less groups that other people have created in game. Some take them way too seriously (that's fine, to each their own) and some just create them to start up a community, so to speak. Speaking from experience, you'd be better off starting your own 'team' (A.K.A a company). That way you have more control rather being at the beck and call of another person, but that's entirely up to you man. But the only issue is starting a company off from scratch, it takes some time to get enough people so that your group grows by default. There's not much difference in what you can do in a company that you can't do just by yourself, all you do is put the paint scheme the owner of the company has set or if they have a chosen company truck that you use that, if you join another persons company, usually you sign in to their VTC page; post your runs etc., play ETS2MP like normal and take part in whatever events the company has.
