If you look on your TMP Launcher you'll see that in the upper left corner the wintermod isn't longer supported. Even if you could find the wintermod in one of your document paths you cannot activate it in the MP. Either you download a wintermod for SP or you wait till the wintermod is back in the cold months at the end of the year. Regards Nothing to see here. Guest Posted April 17, 2017 Share Posted April 17, 2017 In my opinion, it is kind of irony that people (taken you as an example) are now asking how to actually activate it. Because back in days, i.e. a few months ago, people were spamming everywhere asking how to remove it because, apparently, the PCs of those users were not able to handle it. Unfortunately, I have to disappoint you by saying that you can't just activate it whenever you want but @Mirko9 already gave the most suitable explanation.
