Low efficiency moderator in the game

When the administration begins to severely punish the offender and react to reports, every evening in Homburg there are many players who deliberately prevent others from a large number of them from Turkey ...... take action or recruit several moderators for each city

There are a limited number of in game admins and they can't moderate 3500 people at one time! Record and report and they will get banned.

In popular cities, they should be, even for the mind, and I myself am ready to become a moderator for as an evening so on the roads of anarchy ......

Firstly you need to get to (Supporter / Moderator) then you will be chosen by an "Project Manager" for   IGA = In Game Administrator.

There are many big cities with an high popularity of players.

Admin's have an report system for In-Game which shows the recent reports In-Game.

You can also just record an player and send it to https://truckersmp.com/reports.

There is no such thing as assigning administrators to work within a certain city. In-game administrators deal with reports from all around the world and deal with players if necessary. You are not really following the suggestion format but this is kind of common sense that the administrator team should be increased in the future. The process begins by starting off at the lowest rank and you move up if you prove yourself worthy of such position.

I gotta say I found last night rather amusing I had two pilot cars constantly ramming me last night I stopped then moved stopped then moved never typed to them never even spoke on mic and after about 5 mins they got bored... I am not saying this is the right thing to do but I think they thrive on the attention and when you use bad language or shout via mic not only are you giving them what they want your also giving yourself a possible ban/ kick.........

 

All you can do if an Admin isn't around just report via the tab menu system or if you can record take it but if not just stop hit F12 and take a screenshot and use that as evidence via reporting through the website.... there is always ways to get people reported for abusing the services that is provided......

 

I know its frustrating but be patient and things will get sorted and if you don't react to the troll's 9/10 they will get bored and try somewhere else until they are banned.....

You need to understand something @Serega[102RU]  , you don't know what it is like and what we see as admins. Unless you are an admin, have been an admin or have watched a lot of admin streams, you do not know what we deal with on a day to day basis.

 

A lot of the newer players do not understand what a day in an admins life looks like and what we deal with. Between the reports submitted on our website and general reports in-game, we would receive a total between 5,000 - 10,000 on average reports per day. As for your suggestion, if we had one admin in a city, how would it work when you leave that city? The admin won't follow you, and we don't have to.

 

The issue is not the way we administrate, it is the reports that users make. On average we have a 1:2 ratio of accepted/declined reports on the website. So on average of 100 web reports that are claimed, only 50 will be accepted. As for in-game reports, about 75% of reports in-game would not result in a ban or kick. So if the community didn't create reports that would get declined or ignored, it would allow us to get to legitimate and bannable reports a lot faster as well as reduce the amount of reports in both systems.

 

So don't forget, you are not the only player on our server, there are 3,500 others that are also making reports constantly and we will get to you when we do. In the meantime, please record accidents and report them on our website.

There is a proposal to add a passive mode as in GTA or the ability to disable the damage, otherwise who will pay me for damages of the cargo and the machine .....

What is the point of it? We provide so many different servers and a map that expands over 50'000km's of road. So you have so many chances to get away from the super busy places so having ghost modes is utterly not needed

Imagine you are the ingame administrator and there are 3500 players online. That's like... a report is being sent every minute. You can't simply reach each and every report. Try to understand them. If there's a traffic jam because of some douchebag then feel free to record him and then find an alternative way out of the jam.

 

Who else needs money here? Just install a money mod and buy garages and drivers that will work for you. Investment friends, investment.

A best practise method for TruckersMP is to use 2 seperate driving profiles. Use one as you should for singplayer and use a "cheated" one with much money for multiplayer, to cover for damage and repair costs.

We can not assign an admin for each busy city in-game, this is just not possible as admins have too much to do.

 

We are always trying to increase our admin group, but the process takes a while.
