VTCs and In-game VTC

Hello,

 

I'm quite new to ETS2 and also ETS2MP. ~2 weeks total since I bought ETS2. In singleplayer, I've already upgraded my garage twice, bought 2 trucks and hired 2 drivers. Noticed that they don't make any income in multiplayer, though. Or do they? Also, I don't remember paying my loans during the last days(real life days). Do I continue buying garages, upgrading them, hiring drivers or is it all worthless in MP? If it is, how do you guys play the game? You just grind all by yourself until you get the money to buy a truck? 

 

P.S: Sorry if it's already been posted before, tried to search for my problem but didn't find anything solid.

 

Edit: Forgot to ask about VTCs, how do they work?

Something is currently bugged with the drivers, the delivery time is going up (example: 60 hours to 120 hours) So you should wait for an update by the developers. Thanks

this is a known problem , the drivers won't work properly we are not going to solve that
