MP doesn't start anymore

blackhawk2015

Question

Hey,

this morning I was able to play multiplayer.

Now it doesn't start. I already reinstalled ETS2 and TruckersMP.

When starting in the launcher a steam popup appears and asks if I want to start it with parameters "Launcher/Launcher.exe".

It starts directly into the normal singleplayer ETS2.

Can someone help me with that?

I think the problem happened with installing the winter mod.

Can I remove it? Can't find it in the folders...

Tried that before too

The winter mod should be inC:\Program Files\TruckersMP\data\ets2

You can delete it in there.

Did you make any changes like installing the winter mod since this morning or did it just start happening out of the blue?

Can't find the mod in any folder...

Even after reinstalling TruckerMP the mod is still installed, but I can't find it anywhere.

And theres no option in the client to delete it...

What is in here?

C:\Program Files\TruckersMP\data\ets2\mods

Try downloading CCleaner and running a registry and cache cleanup.

Launcher.exe

Newtonsoft.Json.dll

unins000.dat

unins000.exe

nothing else, but Wintermod is still marked as installed.

Oh, on the launcher hit F1 and you can de-select the Winter mod.

Then also select 'install available updates'.
