Import SP profile?

I read this tutorial but am still confused. Can I import my current singleplayer profile into MP and keep my progress? Obviously I will have to eliminate the mods I'm using. But will I keep my garage, employees, etc.?

I tried and it seems to have worked. Not sure yet if anything is missing.

The only thing missing would be the mods, if you're using any in SP. There can be a problem with the "timing", as in-game time in SP goes a lot faster than in MP, so when connecting to the server, you may see that your job offers have expiration times of hundreds or even thousands of hours. This is supposedly fixed by forcing an economy-reset (there's a guide on how to do this HERE).
