If you get banned again for any reason, I think that will be a permanent ban as it will be your 6th one. This is considered the cooling off period. User has 3 bans, all within a year, add the 4th ban. User has 3 bans, first ban is over a year old. Then new ban is 3rd. All of your other bans after the 19th of February are still counted. However because your 3 month ban was issued on the 8th Feb it will not be reduced because your first ban is invalid.
