Can't get NET Framework to function. Need it to launch game

Hey!

 

I've had a lot of issues with the .NET Framework previously installed on my Windows 8.1 desktop PC. I ended up uninstalling and corrupting it somehow.

 

And for some reason I can't get it to work back on the machine. Help!

 

Here is the error that pops up when I try to launch the multiplayer game:

Have you tried doing a system restore to a date before you had uninstall .Net Framework? Or tried a reinstall of it?

Upon trying to install it says it's already installed.

 

It must be corrupted.

I once did a system restore but it didn't do much because NET Framework remained broken.

Please run a sfc scan

Try this Net Framework repair tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 and after you run it try to re-install the latest version "4.6.2" also get this AIO Visual C++ Runtimes http://repacks.net/uploads/VBCRedist_AIO_x86_x64.exe and for last the 2017 versions install both x64 and x86.
