High Population Of People ( Is It Normal To Get FPS Drop )

Yeah, this is normal :)

This is due to the fact that the game engine has to render each individual truck, then re-render it every time it moves. When there are lots of trucks (say on the C-D road) it can lead to lag.

I'm afraid there isn't much that can be done about it :P

You can however, disable development logging.

To do this, press TAB and click the Yellow gear icon. Under 'General' tab, uncheck the 'Enable Development Logging' checkbox.

Just be aware that by doing this you won't be able to find players in your logs when reporting. You will need to do it by using the /pinfo command.

Hope this helps,

This is completely normal, high populated areas result in a greater demand from your computer hardware (especially the CPU).

Not many people have computers able to run in areas which are highly populated without fps drops. I guess you just have to deal with it. At least you now know most people experience this issue and it's not only you. ;)

Happy trucking.

Yes FPS drops are normal in highly populated areas.

A lot of the lag is caused by the server having to process all of the players but some of the lag is caused by your own hardware.

So if you have a better PC you may see more 'decent' FPS in highly populated places.

Unless your PC is a £100,000 quad GPU super fast Internet monster, then everyone will experience some sort of drop in FPS around highly-populated areas.

Its completely normal.
