I'm afraid not,

It's classed as Useless Traffic.

 

It causes lag and causes an obstruction.

Some admins kick & ban for it, depending on Severity.

If you have a problem with your truck then you can pull to the side and F7 + Enter but you cannot stay there for a prolonged period of time.

 

If there is an administrator present then they would either kick or ban you for useless traffic on c+d.
