Make sure you are running the multiplayer launcher as administrator (right click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as Admin") 3. I would also check that your game is not corrupted by checking the integrity (open steam with the game not running, right click on ETS2 and select properties, click on the "Local Files" tab and click on "Verify integrity of game files ...")
