Fencing Bug

While I was at my garage in Aberdeen, I noticed a truck with the name Flip@(3300) in an inaccessible  area to the right of the garage. After looking around I came up with the conclusion that the only way he could of gotten there was due to a fencing glitch.

@fidget3306 this isn't a bug, you can go into singleplayer and teleport your truck everywhere on the map.

you can even save it and go online, only when online there are some rules about it, so i'll don't suggest doing such stuff onlin.

In any case, being out of the map is a a bannable offense and so if willing you should report that guy. 

 

As others have said the most common way to do this is to have a save out of the map in single player and then join multiplayer, i have seen many people out of the map.

 

It may have been a garage glitch as said above me but i can't really judge since i'm talking from theory.

It is a bannable offense to go out of the map. But if the incident happened in the garage, the garage level could be 3 or more.
