 Multiplayer Company (for ATS/ETS2 on its own server.)

 

Suggestion Description?          

I would like to see this implemented into the game.  Where you are paid a certain amount of money per Mile/KM (Example .30 cents/Mile) which would be decided by the owner of the company, and the rest of the cash from the load goes to the company.

Why should it be added?       

In my opinion this would make earning money more difficult and in turn would make players drive more careful as repairing a truck would be more expensive. If in a case you couldn't afford to repair your truck on your own, then request money from the company to pay for it. This to me sounds like a possible roleplaying server.

 

VTC that are available now is rather boring to me, since it's only a database which serves no purpose other than a ranking system.

This suggestion is nice.. Players would be driving more careful so they don't damage their trucks and others players.

^Not really, it's just not a priority (like bug fixes, support for new versions etc.).

This would require server side economy which is not available, there was talk to make this but from memory that was supposed to be done when SCS stopped developing ETS!

I like the idea in theory, but in practice I think this might cause more problems than solutions just because of how the game works.

There will be a lot of servers, keeping a small amount of servers is sweet enough, companies and event organisers can ask for an event server (i think) do that is useful. Companies can go to different servers, different places, there is EU1, EU2, EU3 and EU4 and maybe 1 other server.

I think this is a good suggestion as it would make the drivers more cautious and enagaged with the company, however SCS would be more likely to implement this whole thing into the game first, which may not look entirely like what you are suggesting at first, however with the plugins made and developed by 3rd parties like we have now (Tour-o-matic etc) The whole idea could go ahead, without the imput of TMP itself  (Except for providing MP of course..), But yeah good idea I would look forward to it

I really like this idea and it would add another level of realism and would be cool when playing with friends!

 

However, i feel in practise this would be very difficult to implement into the game and it many have to come from SCS which would be highly unlikely to happen.

 

Anyway it is still a very cool idea but the idea is good but implementing it would be unlikely to happen.

Sounds very nice but is there also an option to drive normal or do you have to be in such a company?

@HumaneWolf there could be a temp company for convoys (people could join) and then contribute to it

Sounds nice but i'm not sure servers avaliable for this. New paintjobs, new companies and new routes for company/drivers... First of all, economy.

Good in theory but- practice. Probably gonna be hard but if truckersmp can do this, already +1 great idea!

It is a promising idea, however, I am not sure if it is an easy thing to do since it would need to be implemented together with a completely online game economy.

Mhh. Nice idea. But I don’t think that it would work. Some users only drive multiplayer to see other users. With a paid server there weren’t such users. And everyone can still drive on the Freeroam Server atm.

This would be a great idea and awesome if it were implemented 

CEO of VTC'S would have a panel similar to the admin panel, with a list of drivers on route with their cargo infomation and truck information

i really interesting idea to add economy on servers which brings more realism but presently most of them use no damage mod due to the risk of trolls.if they ram or drive recklessly but the economy shows normal.

Idea's great but It's probably not possible to do by TruckersMP. They can't control money in your game.
