Hello, in those days I reset my computer for resolve a problem, I reinstalled steam then the games included ETS2, when I enter my account was gone and the game tells me to create a new one. Is there a way to recover my account?

Hello, yes normally you just have to write your old username and your old password and you will have to find all your data. Cordially.

I used the email and password of world of trucks, but my profile has gone, this mean I need to start the game from tutorial.

If you literally restored or reformatted your computer and didn't make a backup of your saves then there is no way to recover them and you will have to start a new account.

 

There are however as a last resort expensive methods of data recovery to get your saves back although this is up to you.

Thanks for the answers, I downloaded a profile for not starting from zero, but I think I got backup somewhere.
