TruckerMP starting error

Same bug, so it seems, as others. And, I have tried to do my research first before bothering: I have opted out of all betas, checked to make sure no ATS processes are running in background via task manager, uninstalled and reinstalled, verified cache, and updated launcher to no avail. I'm also playing (or wish I was) on a 64 bit system. Any other suggestions before I swear this game off and delete it for good?

Download & Install , Reboot PC and Run Launcher as administrator, Reinstall ETS2, Uninstall TruckersMP Launcher , Then go to ProgramData and delete TruckersMP launcher folder, Restart pc and reinstall TruckersMP launcher.

Thank you for the advice. However, I already have Windows 7 SP1 (2009) and Netframe 4.6.2 for windows 7 SP1. Is that improper?

Thank you for the help but I don't want to downgrade my OS or any of the programs I am using such as .Netframework. I deleted the game. Maybe a later time, perhaps when all these bugs are worked out, I will try again. Again, thank you for your time!

You need to press F1 then the box will appear 'Install available updates'.

When I open it as admin, it gives me the error message in my first message above. I've tried hitting F1 any every stage of opening the TruckersMP executable, but I am not getting the 'install available updates'.
