You have to wait for the game to synchronize with the server. It can take up to 5 minutes some times.

 

You could try resetting your internet and clearing your net cache in order to help speed this up.

I don't believe it is a hardware problem, though to double check do you know what your Power Supply wattage (including brand) is? Just to make sure your hardware is receiving enough power.

 

Also, please could you post your game log file found in "Documents > Euro Truck Sim 2 > game.log.txt"

Hi,

 

I would recommend that you uninstall your NVIDIA drivers and then re-install the latest version from geforce.com

 

Do a clean install unless you have profiles.
