Hi, I have a ban appeal since 10am this morning and still no response! I have ban for 4 days for overtaking as I try to void head on crash with truck pulled out and I stop just before hit anotherr truck. and log in today  I have ban for 4 days as of that? please admin check my case:)

Most likely the admin who banned you is not online at the moment or he has more appeals queued to deal with before he can handle yours

(Also IIRC, the appeal will be automatically sent to Project Managers if there is no response from the admin for certain amount of time)

To add onto what @FirestarteR93 said,

There is only one admin that can answer your appeal. When the ban runs out, your appeal will be closed automatically.

If you're unhappy with that you can then go here to contact upper-staff about the ban you were issued.

@Trucking Gekco I believe that the ban appeals and in-game have higher priority than reports (because when you send a report, the perpetrator can't get away as long as there is sufficient evidence  and correct IDs)

It can take up to 2 weeks to even get around to answering a report, once you appeal the only person that can look at it is the admin who banned you. Depends on what they are doing, easy answer drive more cautiously and don't break the rules then you don't need to worry about any of this.

You just need be patient.Imaginative Lad have a lot of appeals ,reports...
