update problem

hi I cant load mp I try do download update but when I do the green download bar comes up and goes off straight away then says finished but when I try to play game says I still need to download update keep trying but just repeats problem please help thank you

Hello there @Davesullivan please visit http://truckersmp.com and download the launcher again.

Once you have reinstalled the latest launcher, please then attempt to update (it should work).

hi have tried the launcher about twenty times today and still does not work

 

this what is coming up then update don't load

Please allow TruckersMP Launcher through your firewall software, so it can communicate to TruckersMP servers.

 

If you reply with what Antivirus you are using, then I can provide you with detailed instructions

Have you tried opening the TruckersMP executable and pressing F1 then 'install available updates'?

 

You can also press F2 while having the executable open to open a log which may have some error information in it which you could possibly post a snapshot here.

Close the windows firewall and antivirus program and try again.

first, the computer completely remove TruckerMP   . Deactivate the virus.  and install Truckermp

Please right click TruckersMP and click properties then go to compatibility and select run in compatibility mode for Windows 7.
